Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@ewsimracing.gg with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days.

2. Renewal Refunds

Subscription renewals are not automatically refundable. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, cancel before your renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account page. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us and we will review your case.

3. Free Trial

The 5-session free trial does not require a credit card and incurs no charges. There is nothing to refund for the trial.

4. Add-Ons

Purchases such as Personal Driver Name Packs are non-refundable once the name pack has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue with a purchased add-on, contact support and we will work to resolve it.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@ewsimracing.gg with:

• Your account email address
• The charge date and amount
• Your reason for requesting a refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges. If you need both, please cancel from your account page and then contact support for a refund request.
